After-School Football

After-school football is one of the star team sports for encouraging a spirit of collaboration and self-improvement. Its benefits include stronger muscles throughout the body, greater physical stamina, motor coordination and strength.

In our after-school football sessions children learn technique and the rules of the game while getting physical exercise, always keeping in mind the importance of respecting teammates, opponents and coaches, of working with the rest of the team, and of taking responsibility for the consequences of their own actions in the game.

The after-school football activity includes coached training sessions, match play and specific drills, all aimed at improving their football skills along with respect and discipline.
