Discover after-school multisport: the most playful way to get children to develop a positive attitude towards physical activity early in life.
After-school multisport for children in early years and the first years of primary school gives the youngest pupils the chance to explore and try out a variety of sports and physical activities in a fun way.
In our multisport sessions children enjoy games and recreational activities such as races, relays and ball games, plus rotating sessions in which they get to try different sports.
The main aim of this activity is to give children a rounded, enriching experience in which they can develop motor, social and emotional skills, as well as building a taste for physical exercise and team play.

“It’s not about being the best, it’s about doing as well as you can to push past your own limits.” – Usain Bolt, Olympic athlete.
