What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser when you visit it. It lets the site remember things between pages or between visits. In this policy we treat cookies and other browser-side systems that do the same job, such as localStorage, in exactly the same way, because the law treats them the same.
Who uses them
The controller of this website is Summit360 S.L., NIF B56400948. If you have any question about this policy, you can write to info@summit360group.com.
How we group cookies
- Necessary
- They make the site work and cannot be switched off. They only store your decision about cookies and the language you have chosen. They are not used to identify you or to track you.
- Functional
- They let the contact form protect itself against automated submissions (Google reCAPTCHA). Without them the form still works, but with less protection against spam.
- Analytics
- They tell us which pages are visited and how people reach them, in aggregate, so we can improve the site. If you do not accept them, your visit is not counted.
Which cookies we use
These are all of them. The table is generated from the site’s actual configuration, so if anything is ever added or removed, it will show up here.
| Name | Who sets it | Type | Category | Duration | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
summit360_consent | Summit360 (pròpia / propia) | localStorage | Necessary | 12 months | Stores which categories you have accepted and when, so we do not ask you again on every page. |
_GRECAPTCHA | Google Ireland Ltd. | cookie | Functional | 6 months | Set by Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated submissions when the form is sent. |
As things stand, this site does not load any third-party scripts. The «Functional» and «Analytics» categories are declared and blocked in advance: if they are ever switched on, they will not be able to load without your permission, and this table will reflect it.
How to give, change or withdraw consent
The first time you visit, we ask what you prefer. Until you decide, nothing that is not strictly necessary is installed: neither closing the notice nor carrying on browsing counts as accepting.
You can change your mind whenever you like, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it:
You will also find this same link in the footer of every page.
Third parties and international transfers
When you accept functional cookies, the form loads reCAPTCHA, from Google Ireland Limited, to tell people apart from automated submissions. Google may process that data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can read their privacy policy.
If you do not accept this category, reCAPTCHA is not loaded and Google receives nothing.
How to delete them from your browser
As well as our notice, you can block or delete cookies from your browser. Bear in mind that if you block them all, some parts of the site may stop working properly.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to us. There is more detail in the privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and ask you again, because old consent does not cover something new.
