Information about how we process your data

Who processes the data
Summit360 S.L., tax ID B56400948, registered at Avinguda Ragull, 31 Bajos 3r, 08172 Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), Spain. You can write to us at info@summit360group.com.
What we use it for
To manage the booking and payment of the camp, to organise groups and accommodation and — in the case of health data — to adapt meals, administer any medication you tell us about and act sensibly if there is a medical emergency.
Why we are allowed to
Contact and booking details, because they are needed to formalise the reservation (Article 6.1.b GDPR). Health data, solely because you give us your explicit consent (Article 9.2.a). In a medical emergency we could also process it to protect the child's vital interests (Article 9.2.c). Without the health data we cannot guarantee safe care, and for that reason we would not be able to accept the booking.
Who else sees it
The camp's monitors, coaches and supervisors, who need to know each participant's allergies and medication. The accommodation and catering service, strictly as regards food allergies and intolerances. Health services, if medical attention is needed. PENDIENTE DE CONFIRMAR POR EL CLIENTE: the insurer and the transport company, where applicable. We do not pass the data to anyone else, and we do not use it to send you marketing.
How long we keep it
PENDIENTE DE CONFIRMAR POR EL CLIENTE: health data, for the duration of the camp and up to one year afterwards, in case any claim relating to the activity arises. After that it is deleted. The financial data from the booking is kept for six years, as required by the Spanish Commercial Code.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, restrict or request the portability of your data by writing to info@summit360group.com. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done beforehand; bear in mind, though, that if you withdraw it during the activity we would no longer be able to guarantee safe care. You can also lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Who signs this consent
The camp is for children aged 7 to 17. This form must be completed by the father, mother or legal guardian, who is the person giving consent on the child's behalf.
